Do you charge a service call fee?

Yes, our standard charge for a service call for us to locate and diagnose an issue is $95.00. We will then provide you with a quote for repair or replacement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, checks, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. Please note, a 4% service charge will be applied to the total for all card transactions.

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do offer a financing option through a third party. Financing approval, terms, rates, and payments will be communicated through the third party. Financing is only available for homeowners. Financing subject to 4% charge.

Do you service/repair above ground pools? Or vinyl pools?
